Wafa Khlif

Specialized in computer vision and machine learning, Wafa currently works as a research and development engineer on complex text detection from comics and manga digital images. This text carries salient semantic information useful to many applications, such as comics translation and text-to-speech.

The goal is to detect all the complex text embedded in the image regardless of its script, size, spelling and orientation.
